I've got two younger brothers, Tim and Jon. All of us have lived in Missouri pretty well all our lives, except for a few years in Seattle in the early 80s. My cousin, Amy, lives in Columbia with her son Dacen.

I met my wife, Leonie, in August, 1998 (she was Leonie Carrillo, then) at Alpha Chi Sigma's 44th biennial conclave at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA. We were engaged in May 1999 and she moved to St. Louis. We were married in a civil ceremony on December 21, 1999, then had a big wedding for family and friends on July 23, 2000.
